The Ordinance of the Passover – by all peoples and tribes, throughout the generations, until the end of
the ages.

shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye

your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever

it

thereof, so shall he do: ye shall have one ordinance, both for the stranger,
and for him that was born in the land

therefore keep this ordinance in his
season from year to year

sin offering. 23. And seven days of the feast he shall prepare a burnt offering
to the LORD, seven bullocks and seven rams without blemish daily the seven
days; and a kid of the goats daily for a sin offering
Jesus is the Lamb of God.
The atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ for the sins of all mankind was
intended even from the time of the events (Man's disobedience) in the Garden of
Eden. He is a sacrifice to God for the sins of all mankind for reconciliation
with God, forgiveness and salvation.
Genesis 3:15. And I will put
enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall
bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise
his heel
Genesis 22:8. And Abraham said,
My son, God will provide himself a lamb
for a burnt offering…
Isaiah 53:1. Who hath believed
our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? 2. For he shall grow
up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no
form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we
should desire him. 3. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and
acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was
despised, and we esteemed him not. 4. Surely
he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him
stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised
for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6. All we like sheep have gone
astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7. He was
oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a
lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so
he openeth not his mouth. 8. He was taken from prison and from judgment:
and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the
transgression of my people was he stricken. 9. And he made his
grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no
violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. 10. Yet it pleased the LORD to
bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of
the LORD shall prosper in his hand. 11. He shall see of the travail of his
soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall
bear their iniquities. 12. Therefore will I
divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the
strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered
with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors
Romans 4:25. Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised
again for our justification
Galatians 1:4. Who gave himself for our sins, that he
might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and
our Father
1 Peter 3:18. For Christ also
hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being
put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit
1 John 2:2. And he is the
propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world
1 John 4:9. In this was
manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the
world, that we might live through him. 10. Herein is love,
not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the
propitiation for our sins
This Sacrifice was delivered exactly on time according
to the Holy Scripture, by the Law of God.
Daniel 9:25. Know therefore
and understand, that from the going
forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the
Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall
be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. 26. And after threescore and
two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for
himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city
and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end
of the war desolations are determined
Immediately
after the end of the 70-year Babylonian captivity, King Cyrus, at God's
command, issued a decree for the return of the Jews to Israel to rebuild
Jerusalem and the Temple of God. From that time on, the 69 sevens began to
count – 7 x 69 years = 483 years.
After
483 years had passed, the Messiah, Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the Son of
Man, was put to death. And no one recognized Him until everything was
accomplished.
God
hid nothing from people. He foretold everything in advance - the year of Christ
the Savior's death (Daniel 9:25-26), and even His earthly name (Zechariah 3:1-10, Zechariah 6:11-15).
But
the "paradox of the prophet" is precisely this: the more precise and
detailed the prophecy, the less people believe it. People, knowing and reading Holy
Scripture, praying and daily awaiting the coming of the Messiah, completely
missed, ignored, all the most important words of God's ancient prophets.
Because of the hardness of their hearts, God hid such momentous events from
their eyes. God's word came true. For some, this meant forgiveness of sins and
eternal life; for others, eternal shame in the fiery Gehenna.
Matthew 13:14. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: 15. For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. 16. But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. 17. For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them
The Passover Sacrifice of Christ.
1 Corinthians 5:7. Purge out
therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For
even Christ our passover is sacrificed
for us: 8. Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven,
neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread
of sincerity and truth
To
understand the chronology of these crucial events in Jesus's final days, we
must understand the following: Jesus Christ is the Son of God - the Word of God
- the Law of God.
Jesus
came into this world to fulfill God's Law, not to abolish it.
Matthew 5:17. Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or
the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil
Everything
that happened was strictly according to the Law, according to Holy Scripture.
According
to the Law, Jesus did not come into this world on a random day, and it was not
on a random day that He gave His life for us.
Just as God delivered His people Israel from Egyptian slavery through the sacrifice of the Passover lamb, so on that very day, through the new, precious sacrifice of the Lamb, Jesus Christ, He will deliver all who have believed in Him throughout the world from the centuries-long slavery of sin, for the salvation of all nations.
The
day of Golgotha, the day of the slaughter of the Lamb, was to take place
precisely on the day of the Lord's Passover - 14 Abib, when the Jewish people
smeared their doors with the blood of lambs in order to be saved from the
destructive procession of the Angel of God in Egypt.
Abib (Nisan) 14th – Jesus' supper with His disciples, the celebration of
the Passover, communion with the body and blood of Christ, night pray, the
betrayal of Judas, the interrogation and crucifixion of Jesus.
Matthew 26:17. Now the first day of the feast of
unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to
eat the passover?
Mark 14:12. And the first day
of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples said unto him,
Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the passover?
Luke 22:1. Now the feast of
unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover. 7. Then came the day of unleavened bread, when
the passover must be killed. 8. And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we
may eat
Matthew 26:19. And the disciples
did as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the passover. 20. Now when
the even was come, he sat down with the twelve
Matthew 26:30. And when they had
sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives
Matthew 26:45. Then cometh he to
his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of
man is betrayed into the hands of sinners
Matthew 27:1. When the morning was come, all the
chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to
death: 2. And when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to
Pontius Pilate the governor
Mark 15:1. And straightway in the morning the
chief priests held a consultation with the elders and scribes and the whole
council, and bound Jesus, and carried him away, and delivered him to Pilate
Matthew 27:31. And after that
they had mocked him, they took the robe off from him, and put his own raiment
on him, and led him away to crucify him
Mark 15:25. And it was the third hour, and they crucified
him
Matthew 27:45. Now from the sixth hour there was darkness
over all the land unto the ninth hour. 46. And about the ninth hour Jesus cried
with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God,
my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
Mark 15:34. And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a
loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted,
My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? 37. And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost. 38. And the
veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom
Jewish Duty -
Prayer Hours (from 6 a.m.):
3rd hour – 9:00 AM (Crucifixion of Jesus Christ) – Mark 15:25
6th hour – 12:00 (at noon) the solar eclipse – Matthew 27:45
9th hour – 3:00 PM (the death of Jesus Christ) – Mark 15:34
Jesus' crucifixion lasted 6-7 hours. His burial took place before 6:00 PM
(before the Sabbath).
Matthew 27:57. When the even was come, there came a
rich man of Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also himself was Jesus' disciple: 58.
He went to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body
to be delivered. 59. And when Joseph had
taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, 60. And laid it in his
own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great
stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed
Jesus’ Body in the
grave – 3 days: Nisan 15 (Sabbath – the High Day, the first day of the Feast of
Unleavened Bread), Nisan 16, Nisan 17 (ordinary Sabbath, the seventh day of the
week, Saturday).
Mark 8:31. And he began to
teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the
elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again
Matthew 12:39. But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: 40. For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth
The Day of Sacrifice - Wednesday.
Millions or perhaps billions of
people around the world believe that the day of Crucifixion took place on Friday, and that Jesus' last
supper with His disciples was the
day before, on Thursday..
If Jesus' body was placed in the tomb on Friday
evening, then only one and a half days (one day and two nights) passed before
early Sunday morning.
Jesus has clearly stated - three days and three nights, which is at least 72 hours. But people
continue to make crude calculations and try to convince others that there's no
mistake, since Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are three days. That's
the majority's view.
This erroneous opinion is promoted by the multiple
translations of the Bible by those who do not know and do not understand the
Law of God given to people through Moses from the time of the Exodus, on Mount
Sinai.
Mistranslation:
Friday as "the day of preparation before the Sabbath".
Not all, but most of Russian and Ukrainian
translations of the Holy Scripture states the "day of preparation before
the Sabbath" as Friday.
Most English-speaking believers also accept the exact
translation "the day before the Sabbath" as Friday.
Examples:
Марка 15:42-43, 45-46 И как уже настал вечер, - потому что была пятница, то есть

к камню печать

Ignorance of God's laws does not excuse one from responsibility for
mistranslating His Word.
According to God's decree, the ordinance of the Passover involves seven
full days of celebration. The first and seventh days are Sabbaths, the High Days. Two High Days – Nissan 15 and Nissan 21 – Sabbaths!
Yes, in this month of Nisan, during the celebration of Passover, that
particular week has two Saturdays (the High Day - Sabbath and Saturday, Sabbath as
the standard seventh day of the week), and so on for two weeks in a row, two Sabbath
each.
John 19:31... because it was the preparation, that the bodies
should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high
day)…

that they might come and anoint him. 2. And very early in the morning the first
day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun. 3. And
they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of
the sepulchre? 4. And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled
away: for it was very great

to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other
Mary to see the sepulchre

Luke 24:3. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus. 4. And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: 5. And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? 6. He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, 7. Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again
A new day (24 hours) begins from the evening of the
previous day until the evening of the next day, at the hour when the sun begins
to set (18:00 - 18:00).
Day:
18:00-06:00 – nighttime (6 hours before midnight, 6

In the Hebrew calendar, a common year (שנה פשוטה) consists of 12 lunar months; in a leap
year (שנה מעוברת),
an extra month is added. Both common and leap years can be:
·
A chaserah year (Hebrew for
"deficient" or "incomplete") is 353 or 383 days long. Both
Cheshvan and Kislev have 29 days.
·
A kesidrah year ("regular" or
"in-order") is 354 or 384 days long. Cheshvan has 29 days while
Kislev has 30 days.
·
A shlemah year ("complete" or
"perfect", also "abundant") is 355 or 385 days long. Both
Cheshvan and Kislev have 30 days.
Therefore, a
year can have 6 different durations:
